In his own words
In 2019, my relationship blew up when I found out my partner was cheating on me.
Truthfully, this hit me like a truck.
Rage. Shame. Grief. A crushing fear that I'd never trust anyone again. I had no idea what to do with any of it.
So, I did what most guys do. I bottled it up and numbed it out.
Gaming.
Weed.
Porn.
Alcohol.
Anything to escape.
But these were the things had been messing up my relationship in the first place.
I needed real answers. A way to pull myself out of this mess for good.
So I searched - books, podcasts, therapy, anything that would help me get my shit together...
... and I kept coming up empty.
Nothing clicked. Nothing felt like a full solution.
On the brink of giving up, I looked in the one place I never wanted to go.
My own feelings.
Turns out, that's right where the solution was.
Better yet, I also accidentally found simple, step-by-step solutions that actually dealt with them!
For the first time, the constant anger and worries faded. The bad habits disappeared. And I finally could show up like a real man in my relationships.
I finally felt clear, confident, and in control.
Over the next few years, I mastered my emotions, created my dream relationship with my now-wife, and spend my days as a psychotherapist helping other men.
I love getting to share what I've learned with other men and watch them completely transform their lives too.

Trauma. That dirty word that clings to so many.
Childhood experiences early in life left me scared, angry, and unable to process emotions in a healthy way.
The pain increased, and by the age of 16 I was dropped out of school and relying on escapism through video games, which escalated to alcohol and drug abuse.
... Loneliness,
Confusion,
Fear,
Hurt,
All ran my life.
Handfuls of medications left me numb, secluded, and sedentary. Unable to find energy to even get out of bed, weight gain of over 140 lbs followed.
Contemplation of suicide not only became a plan, but a goal.
One final attempt at finding myself followed, and I took the step to talk to a counsellor about my pain.
That single connection turned out to be life changing.
I was encouraged to connect with my emotions, my community, and myself again.
I'm now able to be the man, father, and partner that I want to be, and have the honour of working with other men to help them accomplish the same.

If anger, frustration, or emotional reactions are beginning to affect your relationships — you are not alone.
Maybe communication with your partner keeps breaking down. Maybe small things escalate quickly, you shut down emotionally, or afterward you are left regretting how things came out.
You care deeply about your relationships. But you still feel stuck in patterns you do not want to keep repeating.
This is work I care deeply about.
Over the course of my career, I've seen how unmanaged anger and emotional disconnection can slowly damage relationships, self-esteem, and overall well-being.
What often looks like "anger" on the outside can actually be something else entirely:
Loneliness.
Pressure.
Resentment.
Hurt.
Exhaustion.
Feeling unheard for far too long.
Many people carry this silently while trying to hold everything together.
My approach is not about blame or judgment. It's about helping you understand yourself, develop healthier ways of responding, and build stronger, more connected relationships.
Meaningful change is possible. And working on yourself can have a powerful impact — not only on your own life, but on the relationships that matter most to you.

Trauma wasn't something I learned about in a classroom.
It was something I witnessed.
Witnessing the war in Syria firsthand, I was exposed early to what fear, instability, and survival do to people - how it shapes the way you think, the way you react, and the way you relate to others.
And like many men, I learned how to adapt.
Stay composed.
Push things down.
Keep moving forward.
From the outside, it can look like strength.
But underneath, it's a different story.
Because what isn't processed doesn't disappear.
As Carl Jung put it:
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."
I've seen that play out - in my own life, and in the lives of the men I've worked with.
Patterns repeating.
Reactions that don't make sense.
Relationships breaking down without fully understanding why.
That's what led me deeper into this work.
Not just to understand trauma - but to actually process it.
Through my training in counselling psychology, and approaches like EMDR and parts-based therapy, I learned how to work with what's underneath the surface - where these patterns actually live.
Now, I help other men do the same.
My work focuses on trauma, emotional regulation, and relationships - helping you understand what's driving your behaviors so you can take back control in a real, lasting way.
Because real change doesn't come from pushing things down.
It comes from facing them - and understanding what's been running in the background all along.
